Ingredients
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 carton (16 ounces) refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork
Drained pineapple chunks from a can (20 ounces) 1/3 cup chopped red onion
2 cups partially shredded mozzarella cheese

Place the pizza crust in a 12-inch pizza pan that has not been grated. Spread shredded pork over crust; top with pineapple and onion. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F, or until the cheese is melted.
