Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins (each weighing 1 pound)
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons butter
⅔ cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
½ to ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pork
Lightly salt each pork tenderloin and cut them into 12 equal slices.
Step 2: Sear the Pork
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the pork slices in batches and brown them for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Once all slices are browned, return them to the pan.
Step 3: Make the Herb Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the half-and-half cream, minced parsley, herbes de Provence, soy sauce, beef bouillon granules, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Step 4: Simmer and Serve
Pour the herb sauce over the pork. Cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a side of garlic butter rice for a delicious and balanced meal.
